Bidders shall independently satisfy themselves regarding the condition and specifications of the equipment before placing a bid.Submission of a bid shall constitute full acceptance of all terms and conditions issued by MNRS.The highest bid shall not automatically entitle the bidder to the award of the item. MNRS reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or withdraw any bid or auction process without assigning any reason.Successful bidders shall complete all payment obligations within the timeline prescribed by MNRS.
