  1. The lot consists of used and scrap air conditioners, including indoor units, outdoor units, compressors, coils, and related accessories in varying conditions.
  2. All materials are sold on an "As Is, Where Is, Whatever There Is" basis. No warranty regarding functionality, quality, quantity, or completeness is provided.
  3. Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the material before placing bids. No claims regarding the condition or quantity will be accepted after the auction.
  4. Some units may be damaged, incomplete, non-functional, or missing parts. The seller shall not be responsible for any discrepancies discovered after delivery.
  5. Refrigerant gas, compressor oil, or other hazardous substances, if present, must be handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. The buyer assumes full responsibility.
